We’ve catered a holiday party in a client’s own speakeasy. A surprise birthday luncheon in the furniture department at Bloomingdale’s. A fundraising dinner in a field for a conservation trust. A corporate dinner aboard a vintage train, cooking and serving as it traveled from Philadelphia to New York and back.
There have been backyard rodeos, jazz clubs, indoor tennis courts and a yacht circling Manhattan. Even a milestone birthday send-off on the tarmac at a private airport.

POMME · RADNOR, PA
With its wood floors, glowing pendant lights and simple elegance, Pomme lends itself to whatever you have in mind: an intimate birthday lunch, a lively cocktail party, a company presentation followed by dinner.
The open floor plan lets us arrange the room around your gathering, with space for seated dining, food stations and dancing.
Overlooking the woodland and pond, the enclosed heated veranda offers a setting for smaller lunch and dinner parties during any season. In warmer months, the gathering can spill outdoors for cocktails and conversation among the trees and gardens.
On Philadelphia’s Main Line, just minutes from Villanova University, the Blue Route and King of Prussia, Pomme is open year-round. It accommodates seated dinners for up to 200 guests with dancing or cocktail receptions for up to 350.
THE WILLOWS · VILLANOVA, PA
The Willows is our hilltop estate in Villanova on Philadelphia’s Main Line. With sweeping lawns, gardens, terraces and a gracious historic house, it gives any gathering a sense of occasion while remaining remarkably convenient to Philadelphia and the surrounding suburbs.
Available year-round, the mansion adapts to gatherings of many sizes, from an intimate lunch in the solarium to a summer birthday dinner on the patio.
Or, plan a grazing party where guests can take advantage of all of the mansion's spaces, moving between the foyer, oak-paneled library, breakfast room and solarium. Some have even used the courtyard at the front entry for cocktails or dinner. A large tent adjacent to the patio opens up the possibilities from spring through fall.
Hosting an event at The Willows also helps support Willows Park Preserve and the preservation of our local green spaces.
PORTICO · PHILADELPHIA, PA
Portico is our Victorian venue at Awbury Arboretum in Philadelphia’s historic Germantown neighborhood. A birthday lunch, a company gathering, cocktails on the wrap-around portico: there’s room here for your own ideas.
And this old house knows how to have a good time. We’ve even seen a room become a karaoke bar for the evening, complete with red curtains and a bubbly crowd.
Portico is available year-round. From spring through fall, gatherings can move between the house, gardens and white outdoor tent, which accommodates larger groups for dining. Smaller parties can be held indoors year-round.
Set among 55 acres of trees, meadows and gardens, the Victorian Francis Cope House gives you the feeling of getting away without ever leaving the city.
Hosting an event at the venue helps to support Awbury Arboretum and the preservation of Philadelphia’s green spaces.
