Delicious food. An easy planning experience. A budget that feels just right. Let’s see what we can do.
Plan a menu with us
Perhaps the most common question we get when we tell people about our company is What's your specialty? It's a little like asking Who's your favorite child?
Yes, we love our short ribs and our salted caramel brownies. But really, our specialty is the breadth of our repertoire, drawing inspiration from all sorts of culinary traditions, and our ability to work with special requests for vegan, gluten-free, halal and other types of menus.
Getting started is easy. We can share our menu booklet or send you sample menus from past parties. Or we can start with what you love to eat and have our chef build a menu all your own, as fancy or as simple as you’d like it to be.
But you really should try our salted caramel brownies. And our short ribs!

Location: YOUR PLACE OR OURS
At home, at work, on a rooftop, in a tent...
We cater at locations throughout Philadelphia, the Main Line and beyond. We bring the food, staff and equipment needed to make your gathering fabulous.
Already have a place in mind? Tell us everything. We’ll work through all the possibilities with you.
If you’re looking for a venue, we've got a few of those, too. Explore Pomme, The Willows and Portico, each with its own character and room for private parties and company gatherings.
WE COME PREPARED
Hot food hot. Cold food cold. That’s step one. Some events need a kitchen built for the occasion. Others just a chef. Some need fine china. Others bamboo plates. We plan accordingly.
Planning can be as simple as a phone call or involve multiple site visits and coordination with a vendor team. Together, we’ll work out what we’re handling and who’s responsible for the rest.
Our checklists cover kitchen setup, loading and unloading, timelines, dietary needs, rain plans, and then some. We come prepared.
And then there are the things no one planned for. After forty years of power outages, downpours and broken ovens, we know how to think on our feet.
At one event in an antique-car garage, the power went out. To keep the party going? We switched on the cars’ headlights. There was even a whiskey bar.
A little preparation, a little ingenuity. That's Pêche Catering.

LET's TALK budget
Please do share your budget with us if you feel comfortable doing so. It’s an important part of the planning conversation and helps us arrive at an approach that feels just right. Because of course there’s more than one way to throw a great party.
We love new trends (caviar, live-action stations, DIY food bars), but we also love the simplicity of a cocktail party with wine and cheese, or a taco bar, or a Belgian mussels and beer. We can explore all sorts of formats together: family-style, small plates, plated or stations.
We’ll also talk through rentals, staffing and what you’d like to serve at the bar.
We’ll put it all together in a menu and pricing sheet for you to review and approve. Then, invitations sent, the fun begins.
